• Personalised and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• FLFFY is not responsible for incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer.
• Slight variations in colour, engraving or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on production and shipping circumstances.
• All products should be used under owner supervision.
