Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are processed once full payment has been successfully received.
• FLFFY reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Products

• Personalised and made-to-order items are created especially for your little royal and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, engraving text and personalisation details are correct before placing an order.
• FLFFY is not responsible for incorrect personalisation details submitted by the customer.

Handmade Products

• Every FLFFY product is handmade to order. Minor variations in colour, engraving, fabric placement, wood grain, finish or other handcrafted details may occur and are not considered defects.

Production & Delivery

• Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, production schedules and other circumstances.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and the shipping carrier.

Product Use

• All FLFFY products should always be used under the supervision of the owner.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that each product is suitable for their own dog.
• FLFFY cannot be held liable for damage, injury or misuse resulting from improper use of our products.

Intellectual Property

• All product designs, photographs, logos, branding, website content and other intellectual property displayed on this website remain the exclusive property of FLFFY and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Changes to These Terms

FLFFY reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall apply to your order.
