Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

 

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

As personalised and made-to-order items are created especially for your little royal, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flffy.online so we can assist you.

 

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@flffy.online.

Unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
